With over two decades of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, I’ve spent my career navigating the complex, ever-changing landscape of content creation, management, and distribution. I’ve worked across continents and time zones with broadcasters, content owners, and technology vendors—helping them adapt to shifting platform requirements, evolving metadata standards, and the relentless pace of digital transformation.

My journey has taken me from major metropolitan media hubs to studios and service providers around the world—building scalable workflows, streamlining cloud-based operations, and guiding teams through migrations from legacy systems to SaaS solutions. From linear playout to OTT delivery, I’ve worked hand-in-hand with public and private sector clients to ensure their stories reach global audiences, on spec and on time.

Today, I run LabAdore Media Group, a consulting practice grounded in expertise, responsiveness, and a little bit of rural charm. I live in Lost River, West Virginia, where I’m lucky to enjoy the serenity of the mountains and the surprising perk of blazing-fast internet. It’s the perfect home base for a consultant who thrives on remote collaboration but is always ready to hop on a plane when needed.
